ForeClosure License Agreement  

County Records Service/E-foreclosuredata (herein “CRS/EF”) grants the organization listed in this License Agreement (herein “Licensee”) a non-transferable license to use CRS/EF on-line system access and associated retrieval software, or foreclosure data in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

Term of License: Service is from month to month; CRS/EF service will automatically renew and charge your credit card each month from Licensee’s receipt of the data or retrieval software. You must notify CRS/EF 5 business days prior of your monthly due date to cancel CRS/EF service. NO REFUNDS.

Use of Data: Information retrieved from the on-line service or data that is sent to Licensee or its documentation, may be used only for the Licensee’s internal purposes. It may not be sold, rented, bartered, shared or otherwise provided to any third party in any form. The on-line service or data is designed for use on a single microcomputer. Said information is the property of CRS/EF and it’s subject to the legal protection under state and federal copyright laws. Licensee may not duplicate, transfer, or in any manner commercially exploit said data, other than in a manner as permitted by the License. Licensee may not reproduce, decompile, recompile, transmit in any form or by any means; including electronically, mechanically, photocopying, recording, retyping or otherwise, in any manner commercially exploit the data. No resale or publication on any website, or news paper.

Termination: Licensee may terminate the license agreement at the end of any month-to-month license period by sending an email to CRS/EF a termination notice.

CRS/EF may terminate the license agreement if Licensee, in CRS/EF’s judgment, has violated the terms of this agreement.

No Warranties: CRS/EF does not warrant that the on-line service or data will satisfy your requirements, or that the information contained will be error free. CRS/EF makes no representations or warranties as to merchantability or fitness for a particular use. CRS/EF is not responsible for Licensee’s hardware or software used to operate the on-line service.

Limitation of Liability: CRS/EF will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused as a result of using the on-line service or data.

Security: Licensee agrees to take measures to prevent unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution of the on-line service or data. Licensee will not allow the product out of their possession at any time.

CRS/EF may assign any of its rights or delegate any of its duties hereunder. No verbal agreement shall be recognized.
