Notice of Defaults

The report below has been designed to help you understand exactly what the terms and abbreviations mean. By clicking on any of the text highlighted in blue you will be given it's definition. We hope that the following information is helpful to you.

We have fields for loans 1 – 6 on the properties. The loan in foreclosure is marked with an X, the others have the amount of the loan included.

E-foreclosuredata.com brings you the most current, the most complete information on all properties going into foreclosure. It researches all of the properties, identifies them, and furnishes you with profiles that enable you to screen the ones for which you are searching. With this daily listing you can negotiate with the owners to buy the properties from them below market value!

The trustee records the Notice of Default with the County Recorder in the county where the property is located. This action officially starts the clock on the foreclosure process. It is not required by law that this notice be published in a legal newspaper. It will contain the name of the original trustor ( not necessarily the current owner), the recording date and document number of the Deed of Trust which is in default, the original beneficiary, and the current trustee. No identification of the property is required. You won't know if it is a warehouse, a timeshare, or a home in La Jolla, unless you are receiving our service.
